I thought about what my followers could be interested in and since there are a lot of crocheters, it will be.........YARN of course! So here we go: two balls of Katia Jaipur (I'm working on a summer scarf with this and I LOVE it!) plus a matching 1,75 mm Prym crochet hook.

Es ist mal wieder Zeit, etwas Schönes unters Volk zu werfen! Ich war ein bißchen deprimiert, daß mein Perlenstickkurs abgesagt wurde, weil sich nur eine Person angemeldet hat. Es ist traurig, wenn man sich auf die Kurse vorbereitet, um dann herauszufinden, daß kein Interesse besteht. Aber die Vorbereitungen haben auch ihre guten Seiten. Ich habe einen tollen, neuen Stickgrund gefunden, habe Erfahrungen damit gesammelt und das Beste daran: ein Giveaway für meine Blog-Leser! It is again giveaway time on Kokopelli Design! I was a bit depressed by the fact that my bead embroidery classes were cancelled due to the fact that only one person signed up. It is sad when I prepare for the classes just to find out that there’s no interest. But preparing this class also had its good sides, as I found a great new embroidery background and made my experiences with it. Which brought me further and increased my skills. And the best of all: it brings you a new give away with the chance to win one of the pendants I made for this class! The pendants are (ofc!) handmade by me and are stitched on the fabulous Nicole’s Bead Backing, which makes them durable and stiff. Vereiste Buchenzweige/Iced beech twigs

Ich bin ein bißchen spät dran, ich weiß es und ich entschuldige mich auch dafür. Aber ich hatte an Silvester nur die Zeit, den Namen des Gewinners zu ziehen. Den Rest des Tages habe ich draußen verbracht: Bogenschießen, Grillen, Lagerfeuer und jede Menge Schnee und Feuerwerk. Es war sehr lustig. Die Bilder zeigen ein bißchen was vom Outdoor-Spaß.

I'm late, I know about it and I'm sorry. But I had only time to draw the name for the magazine giveaway yesterday. The rest of the day was spent outdoors with archery, campfire, barbecue and lots of snow and fireworks. It was fun. I took the pics while walking outside.

Einige von euch warten ja schon sehnsüchtig auf diesen Giveaway und hier ist er, pünktlich zum letzten Adventswochenende und zu Weihnachten. Ich verlose unter allen Teilnehmern eine Ausgabe der Perlen Poesie Nr. 7 mit meiner Anleitung drin und es sind alle Leser meines Blog herzlich eingeladen. Es erwarten euch 16 tolle Anleitungen und jede Menge wunderschöne Fotos von Schmuckstücken, die Künstler in aller Welt gemacht haben. Zusätzlich gibt es diesmal ein Special über französische Perlenkünstlerinnen und ihren ganz eigenen Stil.

Do you remember that I announced a giveaway in one of my earlier posts? So here it is just in time for the last Adevent weekend and Christmas. I will give away the No 7 of Perlen Poesie with my design in it and the giveaway is open to all my readers. Although the magazine is in German there are 16 step-by-step instructions with graphs, which are easy to follow without words. Not to mention the amazing photographies of artists coming from all around the world, including a series about French beaders with their own special style. So it is well worth to enter, even if you do not speak German.
