Urlaubsinspirationen 3: Tiere/Holiday Inspiration Part 3: Animals

Wir haben im Urlaub ganz viele Tiere gesehen und auch fotografiert, große und kleine Tiere. Ein ganzer Zoo ist da zusammengekommen.

We saw lots of animals during our vacation and o course took photos of them, big animals and small animals. A whole zoo in photos.

Die wunderschönen Pinzgauer Kühe, zu erkennen an der rotbraunen Farbe und dem weißen Streifen auf dem Rücken: wenn's um ihre Kälber geht, kennen sie kein Pardon. Da wird auch schon mal ein Tourist geschubst (bei 700 kg liegt man da auch schonmal im Dreck ;)).

The beautiful Pinzgauer Cattle, which can easily be identified by the auburn color and the white stripe along their backs: They're not kidding if their calves are concerned. Then they sometimes push around some tourists (and 700 kg are way enough for a short flight ;)).

Das Kaninchen..../The rabbit....

....und das Meerschweinchen unserer Wirtsleute: ich habe mich gefragt, ob die beiden einen direkten Treffer mit einer Birne aushalten./....and the guinea pig of our hosts: I wonder if they can stand a direct hit with one of those pears.



Dann waren wir auf einem Bergbauernhof und dort hatten sie eine beeidruckende Menagerie: Esel....

We visited a farm and they had an impressive mix of animals there: donkeys....

Hunde/dogs

Ziegen/goats

Schafe/sheep

ein Pfau/a peacock

und sogar einen Dinosaurier ;)/and even a dinosaur ;)



Und dann gab es da noch die vielen, vielen kleinen Tierchen./And then there were the many, many small animals.
