Dieses Kleidchen hat meine Oma mal für mich gemacht und sie hat diese Häkelrosen für viele Kleider, Hüte etc. gehäkelt. Sie waren praktisch ihr Markenzeichen. Meine Oma ist vor fünf Jahren gestorben und vor einige Wochen hat mich ihre Schwester gefragt, ob ich versuche könnte, diese Rosen nachzuhäkeln. Ich konnte mich nicht mehr genau an ihre Form erinnern und musste erstmal nach einem Kleid suchen, an dem ich mir die Rosen anschauen konnte. Ich habe dieses Kleid gefunden und die reinweiße Rose ist von mir. Mein Garn war etwas dünner, aber ansonsten ist es eine exakte Kopie. Ich werde noch ein paar mehr machen und sie dann meiner Großtante als Überraschung schenken. Ich hoffe, sie gefallen ihr!
This dress was once created for me by my Grandma and she added those crochet roses to a lot of dresses, hats etc. They were kind of her label. My Grandma died five years ago and some weeks ago her sister asked me if I could try and recreate those flowers. I couldn't remember them exactly and had to search if there is a dress left where I can have a look at the flowers. I found this dress and the bright white flower was made by me. The yarn was a bit thinner, but it is an exact copy. I'll make some more and send them to my great aunt as a little surprise. Hope they make her happy!
